Fendi dituduh menjadi pengedar sabu-sabu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kapolres Wonogiri AKBP Windro Akbar Panggabean mengatakan telah menangkap Fendi karena sejak lama diintai anggita Sat Narkoba.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Tersangka ditangkap Kamis (1\/10) lalu sekitar pukul 02.00 di Dusun Kerdu RT 01 RW 03 Kelurahan Kerjo Lor, Kecamatan Ngadirojo,&#8221; kata Windro, Jumat (16\/10) kemarin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tersangka ditangkap saat menunggu pembeli sabu-sabu di TKP. Kemudian, lanjut Windro, barang bukti yang diamankan yakni sabu-sabu seberat 0,16 gram beserta sebuah sepeda motor AD 3922 FI sebagai sarana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 112 ayat (1) UURI no 35 tahun 2009 tentang narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman minimal 4 tahun penjara,&#8221; tegas Windro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ditempat yang sama, tersangka mengaku nekat menjadi kurir karena terpaksa dan desakan kebutuhan ekonomi. &#8220;Dari bandarnya dapat Rp 50 ribu kemudian, dari pemakai mendapat Rp 100 ribu,&#8221; katanya.
