Kronologisnya, Fredy dan temanya Riski\u00a0(8th), Anisa (9th) dan ayah Anisa bernama Sugiyono (35th) hendak mencari batu lintang di sungai setempat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Saat Sugiyono dan Anisa mencari batu lintang di tumpukan batu kerikil di sungai, Fredy dan Riski\u00a0 bermain pohon pisang untuk <i>getek<\/i> di genangan air sunggai selebar 8 meter dan panjang 25 meter. Fredy terpeleset\/terlepas dari pohon pisang. Karena tidak mahir berenang dia tenggelam. Sedangkan Riski berhasil diselamatkan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fredy berhasil ditemukan dalam kurun waktu 20 menit. Pencarian dibantu oleh pemuda setempat. Namun kondisinya sudah lemas. Hasil pemeriksaan oleh tenaga medis Puskesmas Jatiroto, Nugroho menyatakan korban telah meninggal dunia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kepala Desa Mojopuro Kasno menyatakan berbela sungkawa atas musibah yang dialami warganya. <em><strong>\u201cKeluarganya sudah menerima, korban langsung dimakamkan sorenya,\u201d<\/strong> <\/em>kata Kasno.
